Dee's radius flatwork forms ensure a perfectly true radius forming concrete placement every time.

Dee radius flatwork forms are made from spring steel, unlike our competitors who most often use strips of hot roll steel. The more expensive spring steel provides a longer useful life for our radius forms. They resist kinking and return to a perfectly flat form when released.

Our radius flatwork forms are designed and manufactured to attach easily to dee straight forms using our transition forms and lock clamps. dee radius forms easily attach to other manufacturers' straight flatwork forms and wood forms using a specially-designed transition form and lock clamps.

Dee offers the only radius flatwork forms made of spring steel.

All dee flexible forms offer 7 stake pockets and wedges to ensure incredibly accurate radius forming and to prevent bowing between the pockets.

Radius flatwork forms are available from 4" to 24" heights. Custom radius flatwork forms available in 1/2" increments.
