Product: HD100 Sealer Gloss or Low-Gloss
Description: Miracote HD 100 Sealer is a very low VOC blend of proprietary acrylic resins and solvent in dispersion specifically formulated to be resistant to oil, grease, brake fluid, salt, calcium chloride, limited caustics, dilute acids, kerosene, alcohol and abrasion. HD 100 Sealer is a superior, stain and mark resistant sealer that is truly resistant to tire marking, and is readily cleanable using conventional methods.

Limitations:
- Must be applied to clean, dry substrates.
- Due to solvent content, must be applied over compatible substrates only.
- Not recommended over many acrylic thin film paints, sealers or coatings – Application can be accomplished following special manufacturer’s instructions when application is over Miracote coatings, stains or sealers.
- Exterior exposure life is less than interior exposure life.
- Avoid flash set conditions, very porous substrates, damp or wet conditions, MVT above 3 lbs/per 1000 sq. ft., puddles, high wind, dew, salt or heavy nap rollers when application requires the use of Miracote HD 100 Sealer.
