More resilient than Concrete, Cemlogic MT-200 Concrete Resurfacer can easily be applied by brush, trowel, squeegee, roller or spray to produce a tough, water resistant surface with strong abrasion and salt resistance. It’s wide ranging decorative applications can include broom finish, spray texture, slop trowel, hand trowel, light stamping, with integral color or with topical color.

Technically, Cemlogic MT-200 Resurfacer is a unique, proprietary blend of polymers and cement-aggregate available in a time-saving single product mix. Unlike other polymer-modified cements, Cemlogic MT-200 Resurfacer is a cement-modified polymer blend with no silica or styrenes used. The result is a surface that adheres better and will not break down from alkali and salt attack. With its low pH and highest polymer content in the industry, it bonds and applies evenly, forming a long-lasting solid wear surface with great durability.

Application may be interior or exterior, vertically or horizontally with equal ease. Multiple coatings can be applied for higher traffic areas and up to 30 colors are available on our Chroma-Tech CBP (Cemetitious Based Product) Pigment Colors Selector Guide. To prevent deterioration of reinforcing steel in structural concrete, corrosion inhibitors may also be added that will migrate into the concrete itself and protect all reinforcing steel. It’s completely UV stable, highly water resistant for long exterior life, abrasion-resistant and slip resistant.
